RSSI Home Care, the service division of Mental Health Programs, Inc. a 501 (c)(3) non-profit delivers supportive services to a number of segments of society all within the comfort of their own homes.
The program provides clients with the personal care attention they need, the guidance and encouragement to promote well-being by supporting their physical and emotional health, and the opportunity to regain and/or maintain some of their independence in order to live in a dignified and meaningful manner as they age in place independently with supports. The RRSI Home Care team is comprised of registered nurses,
social workers, certified nursing assistants and home health aides, all of whom collaborate to determine and monitor the appropriate care plans for clients.
In addition to delivering services to the elderly, RSSI Home Care capably serves clients in the following demographics:
Those with cognitive impairments and behavorial
Those with acquired brain injury
Those with developmental disabilities
Those with histories of mental illness
Among the supportive services available are:
Supervision and assistance with activities of daily
living (bathing, grooming and toileting)
Assistance in complying with health care provider instructions
Assistance with laundry, general housekeeping and shopping
Providing or arranging transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping and errands

Group Adult Foster Care, must be eligible for
MassHealth Standard and need help
