Services provided and/or arranged through the clinic include Primary Care, Optometry, Cardiology, Mental Health, Neurology, Podiatry, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Geriatrics, Laboratory Tests, Physical Therapy, Radiology, Rehabilitation Medicine, Nutrition Counseling, Preventive services such as annual flu and pneumonia shots, EKGs, Pharmacy and Preventive Health. The advantages of this clinic are that Veterans will have one primary provider to coordinate care on an ongoing basis; Veterans can receive primary medical care closer to home and don't have to travel and Veterans are still be eligible for specialty outpatient care, inpatient care and all other entitlements through the VA Healthcare System. No urgent care or walk-ins. Additional Information: First Monday of the month: A representative from the Disabled American Veterans is available to help veterans file for compensation and pension funds. Every Monday and Thursday from 8:00 AM-3:30 PM: A VA benefits counselor is available to answer any questions about Veterans Affairs (Federal) benefits.
