Veterans counselors can answer questions about benefits, eligibility and application procedures, make referrals to other VA facilities, such as medical centers and national cemeteries, and can inform you about eligibility for VA benefits based upon discharge from active military service under other than dishonorable condition.
North Adams, Adams, Cheshire, Clarksburg, Dalton, Florida, Savoy & Williamstown form a District & share an agent: Stephen Roy. Home visits can be arranged. Any veteran can visit the agent during morning office hours at North Adams City Hall or alternating afternoons in Adams or Williamstown or by appointment.

Veterans & Families Transportation Call Center: coordinates transportation services for military veterans and their families to Pittsfield’s VA clinic, and VA facilities in Leeds and Albany, N.Y. It will also connect local vets to the VA shuttle in Leeds that provides transportation to outlying veterans facilities.
