Eligibility: Must be 60 or over or disabled and reside in Grafton.Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m and TH 6:30-8:30 for social activities only.
*They provide lunch 5 days a week, M-F 11:45, call 2 days prior by 10:30 for reservation
*Monthly Well Adult Clinics: Blood Pressure Clinic (11:30 Thurs)
*Exercise and Wellness Programs.
*Fuel assistance applications-SMOC
*Shine will assist w/ health insurance info. by appt 1st Friday of the month.
*Podiatry service is available by appt.
*Lend out small medical equipment program
Other activities offerred: card playing, movies, tap/jazz, book club, scrabble, rummikub, billiards, book club, special events, and various educational activities.

Call Grafton Senior Center at (508) 839-9242 to schedule a ride at least 48 hours in advance.
Transportation is available for Grafton residents 60+ and under 60 disabled (with doctor verification)
The Grafton Senior Center has two wheelchair lift-equipped vans in conjunction with the Worcester Regional Transit Authority (WRTA) and the Grafton Senior Shuttle (GSS) van. Service is curbside.
In-Town service is available every day for errands and medical appointments for $1.50 each way.
Transportation to the Senior Center is available every day for lunch and activities.
Service to these communities is also available on the following days:
- Worcester: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays - $2.00 each stop
- Shrewsbury and Westborough: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays - $1.75 each stop
- Millbury and Northbridge: Tuesdays - $1.75 each stop
Mall trips are offered the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays of the month.
Grocery shopping to Stop and Shop is encouraged on Wednesdays.
Transportation for medical appointments are given priority.
