Weekdays 8:00am - 4:00pm except for Wed only 8:00am - 12:00pm; Service Hours 24 hr telephone for emergency need of tenants.
The Housing Authority offers state subsidized low-income housing for people of lower income including: Elders, people with disabilities, families, and veterans in public housing complexes. The Easthampton Housing Authority has a total of 151 units for Elders at three different sites. There is an application and wait list for housing.
The mission of the Easthampton Housing Authority is to provide safe, sanitary housing for people with low incomes and to manage resources efficiently. The purpose of the Housing Authority is to promote personal, economic and social upward mobility to people and the opportunity to make the transition from subsidized to non-subsidized housing.
The Easthampton Housing Authority is a non-profit, public agency authorized by the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Chapter 121B. The Authority was organized and adopted By-Laws on July 14,1948.
