Support services including: home health services, homemaker services, transportation, recreation, activities and meals services can be arranged through the housing coordinator. 10 1-bedroom apartments on the second floor. Congregate Housing run by Wakefield Housing Authority (245-7328).
Those interested in Congregate Housing must be: 62 or older or be permanently disabled Capable of independent living with supportive services. Gross annual income and interest from assets must not exceed allowable government limits.
