This free series is open to any adult interested in making healthful changes to their lives. Workshops discuss such topics as healthy foods; quick, healthy meals and snacks; eating healthy on a budget; tips for losing weight and keeping it off; making healthy eating part of a total lifestyle; and physical activity as the key to living well.
Hours: This program is held on the first three Wednesdays each month from September 2017 – November 2017 from 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.and new groups start throughout the year. Pre-registration is required.
