Behavioral Health Network (BHN) offers a wide range of programming for individuals & families living with developmental disabilities. Most individuals supported by BHN are referred through the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and some programs are exclusively for DDS clients. BHN offers the following services: an independent living program, residential program, family suppport and advocacy, emergency services and a self advocacy program (also known as the Open Door Club) for those 18 and older.
The main office is located at 342 Birnie Avenue, Springfield, MA 01107. Tel# 413-747-0705. Both locations are handicapped accessible.
