The Memory Disorders Unit is a multidisciplinary group dedicated to the care of patients with Alzheimer's disease and other dementing illnesses. They offer a state-of-the art approach to the diagnosis and treatment of patients with impairments of memory and other cognititive functions. They are specialists in dealing with the neurologic, behavioral and emotional issues associated with dementing illnesses, and provide counseling and long-term support for patients and their caregivers.
